Your primary goal will be creating software solutions for our clients, pushing the solution via CI/CD and monitoring the performance, to generate value. Along with this, your tasks will be to consult and work with the client to resolve their technical and non-technical issues, elevate various aspects of the business, software and infrastructure as well as working with clients to achieve the best results for both sides. This should describe you well: You have experience in the field of professional software development for frontend and backend technologiesYou have experience with JVM languages (Spring, Kotlin, nodeJS) and Javascript (React, Angular)You have experience with the Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment of code via CI/CDYou have experience deploying modern applications, building automated testing systems and working with colleagues to develop a stable software architecture.You have experience in AI assisted software development (e.g. Github Copilot, Claude Code) and you are aware of the trends when it comes to AI in software development, (e.g. harness engineering, context engineering, subagent, agent delegation and skill)You are interested in working with clients to resolve their pain points and to bring them to solutions through your consulting effortsYou are a problem solver with good communication skillsYou are creative and curious about new technologiesYou are familiar with an agile way of working and cherish agile values If you bring points of the following in addition, you might be a perfect fit: You are comfortable with Agile/Lean software development such as Scrum, Kanban, XPYou are Code Review / Pair Programming orientedYou bring a solid growth mindset for educating yourself and enjoy helping others learn and growYou are open to contributing to internal initiatives, like e.g. working on tenders, support in recruiting, and engaging with customers.You are comfortable with sharing knowledge by writing blog posts or giving talks internally and externally
