Role Description The Senior Web Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jordan, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced web applications and solutions that support client business and ERP implementations. This role includes leading end-to-end web development projects, implementing robust back-end services, creating responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces, and ensuring high-quality integration with existing systems and databases. The Senior Web Developer collaborates closely with consultants, project managers, and other technical team members to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and to troubleshoot and optimize existing applications. Daily responsibilities also involve reviewing code, mentoring junior developers, enforcing best practices in performance, security, and maintainability, and contributing to continuous improvement and innovation across the company’s web platforms. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Web Development and Programming, with the ability to design, build, and maintain complex web applications.Solid experience in Back-End Web Development, including server-side frameworks, APIs, database design, and integration.Advanced skills in Front-End Development and Web Design, with expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, HTML, CSS, and responsive UI/UX principles.Demonstrated experience leading technical projects, reviewing code, and mentoring development teams.Familiarity with ERP-related integrations and enterprise application architectures is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to performance, security, and scalability.Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in cross-functional, client-facing teams.Experience with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development tools and methodologies.
