Lead .NET Developer – Public Sector Solutions
Do you want to take technical ownership of solutions that make a real societal impact?
We are looking for an experienced Lead .NET Developer to join Twoday as a permanent employee, working on a long-term project with a public client.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will help shape and evolve business-critical public sector solutions.
You will work closely with developers, architects and stakeholders while contributing directly to the codebase and technical direction of the solution.
You will become part of a highly skilled team where quality, maintainability and collaboration are central to everything we do.
Your responsibilities as a Lead .NET Developer will include:
Taking technical ownership of the solution and contributing to architectural decisionsDesigning, developing and maintaining backend solutions in C#/.NETDriving technical quality through code reviews, best practices and mentoringWorking with APIs, integrations and complex system landscapesCollaborating with architects, business stakeholders and development teamsParticipating in analysis, estimation and planning activitiesIdentifying opportunities for technical improvements and modernisationSupporting the team in delivering robust, scalable and maintainable solutions
Your Qualifications
We are looking for someone who combines strong technical skills with the ability to guide and support other developers.

Have extensive experience working with C# and .NETHave a strong background in backend developmentHave experience designing and implementing APIs and integrationsHave worked with complex systems and enterprise-scale applicationsHave experience taking technical responsibility within a development teamUnderstand architecture, performance, security and maintainabilityThrive in agile environments and enjoy collaborating across disciplinesAre fluent in Danish, both spoken and written
