About the Role We are hiring Java Engineers across mid to senior levels to join a global team building scalable, high-performing backend systems. In this role, you will work on modern enterprise applications, developing APIs and microservices that support critical business and transaction systems. Depending on your experience, you may also contribute to system design, technical leadership, and best practices. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend applicationsBuild and enhance REST APIs and microservicesCollaborate with cross-functional and global teams in an Agile environmentContribute to system improvements, deployments, and performance optimisation(For more experienced candidates) Support system design, code reviews, and mentoring Requirements & Skills Experience in Java development (Java 8+)Hands-on experience with Spring Boot / Spring FrameworkExperience building REST APIs and microservicesStrong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)Experience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsExposure to CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)Familiarity with Hibernate or similar ORM frameworksKnowledge of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift) is a plusExperience with Kafka or messaging systems is a plusBackground in banking, fintech, or enterprise systems is an advantageFor senior-level candidates: experience in system design, mentoring, or technical leadership
