Position Overview
As a Specialist, Web Development (.NET Developer), you will join our Group Technical Delivery – Technical Solution team within CSSC.
We are seeking a passionate and skilled professional proficient in .NET web development to design, build, and modernize enterprise applications.
This role offers the opportunity to explore AI-driven solutions and automation to enhance efficiency and innovation across our technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level web applications using .NET technologies.Enhance and modernize existing applications, implementing best practices in coding standards, performance optimization, and security.Explore and integrate AI/automation solutions to streamline development and operational workflows.Collaborate with business analysts and fellow developers to deliver solutions aligned with requirements and project timelines.Utilize Azure DevOps or GitHub for version control, CI/CD, and project tracking.Apply GitHub Copilot, prompt engineering, and Agentic AI SDLC practices to accelerate development, improve code quality, and support modern software delivery workflows.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks relevant to .NET, AI, and automation.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in .NET web application development (ASP.NET MVC/Core, C#, Entity Framework).Familiarity with MSSQL databases and query optimization.Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a passion for technology and innovation.Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub in a collaborative development environment.Interest or experience in AI, automation, and code modernization is an advantage.Passion for using GitHub Copilot, Agentic AI SDLC, and harness engineering to drive smarter, faster, and more reliable software development.
