Description
Careers
Automation & GenAI Engineer
Rotterdam + Den Haag·Full-time
You've built AI prototypes.
Now you want the harder part: making them reliable enough for real operations.
At WARP, you'll work in small senior teams on digital products with real-world consequences.
Your first challenge sits inside a complex, data-heavy programme where speed, care and good judgement all matter.
You'll build and improve solutions around LLMs, connect them to existing systems through REST APIs and make sure what leaves your laptop actually works in production.
You'll own backend work, pipelines and integrations, spot opportunities for smarter processes and turn them into practical steps.
Just as important: you can explain what the technology does, why a decision was made and where its limits are — without hiding behind a wall of jargon.
This is hands-on engineering in an environment with many stakeholders and little room for theatre.
We have room for two people.

About Us
We're a Rotterdam team of experienced engineers, designers and strategists.
We build digital products and strategies for organisations where the work is real: ports, hospitals, supply chains, energy grids.
Sometimes we bring the team, sometimes we join one where our expertise makes the difference.
Either way, we stay close to the real work.
Small teams, high stakes, honest conversations.
If you'd rather prove things than present them, you'll fit right in.
