Careers Automation & GenAI Engineer Rotterdam + Den Haag·Full-time You've built AI prototypes. Now you want the harder part: making them reliable enough for real operations. At WARP, you'll work in small senior teams on digital products with real-world consequences. Your first challenge sits inside a complex, data-heavy programme where speed, care and good judgement all matter. You'll build and improve solutions around LLMs, connect them to existing systems through REST APIs and make sure what leaves your laptop actually works in production. You'll own backend work, pipelines and integrations, spot opportunities for smarter processes and turn them into practical steps. Just as important: you can explain what the technology does, why a decision was made and where its limits are — without hiding behind a wall of jargon. This is hands-on engineering in an environment with many stakeholders and little room for theatre. We have room for two people.
