As a Salesforce Engineer at IBM iX, you build the technical foundation that helps organisations connect with their customers in smarter, more personalised ways. You design scalable Salesforce solutions, enable seamless integrations and turn business requirements into reliable digital experiences that support marketing, sales and service teams alike. Working closely with architects, consultants, product teams and clients, you combine technical expertise with a solution-oriented mindset to deliver platforms that are secure, scalable and built for continuous innovation. Locations: Varaždin, Zagreb, Osijek | Work model: full-time (40h per week), hybrid (home-office 3x per week) Your tasks Design, develop and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing CloudBuild and customise applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and Salesforce APIs to deliver business valueIntegrate Salesforce with enterprise platforms and third-party systems to enable connected customer experiencesEnsure platform performance, data quality, security and governance while supporting reliable releases and ongoing optimisationTranslate business requirements into robust technical solutions in close collaboration with architects, marketers and product teamsDrive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance platform capabilities, automation and user experience What you bring Professional experience developing and customising Salesforce solutions in enterprise environmentsStrong expertise in Salesforce technologies including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and platform integrationsExperience designing API-based integrations and working with modern integration patterns and enterprise applicationsSolid understanding of Salesforce security, data modelling, governance and platform best practicesAbility to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teamsFluent English communication skills; German is an advantage How we work together Reliable.
