Lead Full-Stack Engineer - .NET/Angular

We’re expanding our team and looking for a Lead Full-Stack Engineer - .NET/Angular to join an exciting project for our client in human resources domain. What you’ll be doing: Design and deliver scalable solutions for a multi-tenant SaaS product, translating complex requirements into clean, maintainable codeDevelop and maintain backend services and REST APIs using C#, .NET Core, and Entity Framework, along with frontend features in AngularDesign, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, ensuring strong performance and reliable data accessApply sound architectural principles (e.g., DDD, CQRS) and write well-structured, testable code, taking full ownership of quality through unit, integration, and performance testingCollaborate with stakeholders to deliver practical solutions and actively use AI development tools to support efficient, high-quality delivery What we are looking for in a Lead Full-Stack Engineer (.NET/Angular): 8+ years of experience building enterprise or SaaS applicationsStrong expertise in C#, .NET Core, Web API, Angular, Entity Framework, and SQL Server, including performance optimization and scalabilitySolid architectural knowledge with experience designing scalable, maintainable systems and driving technical decisionsDeep understanding of OOP, design patterns, DDD, CQRS, and modern software engineering practicesHands-on experience with asynchronous programming, debugging complex systems, Git, CI/CD, and cloud-based environmentsProfessional working proficiency in English and active daily use of AI development tools in your workflow It would be cool if you also have, but it’s not necessary: Experience building AI-powered features, such as intelligent search, recommendations, or workflow automationProven ownership of complex features and technical initiatives, from solution design to production deploymentExperience with event-driven architectures, messaging systems, and distributed applications A little bit about us: Pontis Technology is a Croatian IT services company with offices in Croatia, Germany, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
