Description

Who we are We're a product engineering team building an HR SaaS platform and serving the people who serve the people. In our case, "AI-native" is not just a label, it's a paradigm we adopted in the way we work and ship our products. Our tech stack is C#/.NET on the backend and Angular on the frontend, and we're actively integrating AI capabilities into the core of the product. This is a paid internship with real clients, a production codebase, and people who will invest in you. We are looking for someone located in either Zagreb or Split to join our team. What you'll build You'll be working on features that matter - not throw-away intern projects. That includes: AI-powered product features: CV review assistants, smart content generation, summarization tools, and recommendation engines built into our HR platformFull-stack features across the .NET and Angular ecosystemAPI integrations connecting our product to external AI services and cloud platformsCode that ships - reviewed, tested, and production-quality How you'll work This team uses AI coding tools as a standard part of the development workflow - tools like Claude Code and Cursor are everyday instruments here. You'll be expected to use them, get comfortable with them, and push what's possible with them. Beyond the basics, we work with the broader LLM tooling stack: custom skills, MCP servers, agentic workflows. The tools are there when you need them - you won't be watching a usage meter. Beyond that: code reviews, close collaboration with senior engineers, fast iteration, and a team that ships. What we're looking for Core engineering (the baseline) Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldSolid grasp of C#/.NET and/or a modern JavaScript framework (Angular is a plus)Comfortable with Git and collaborative developmentAvailable at least 30 hours/week, with schedule flexibility around university commitments AI tooling background We want someone who has actually used AI tools hands-on - not just heard of them. That could mean: Using Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar in a projectBuilding something with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), LangChain, or similarExperimenting with AI in your own side projects or courseworkIf you've done any of this, tell us the details. We're more interested in your real experience than a list of tool names. Nice to have Postgres or SQL ServerFamiliarity with AWSComfort with ambiguity and high-velocity iteration What we offer Paid internship with a competitive student hourly rate ranging from 9 to 12€/h with a possibility of long-term extension or permanent employment.Direct mentorship: 1-on-1 time with a senior developer or architect who is actively building this stuff, not just managing itFree lunch every day at the officeGym via MultiSportA relaxed but high-output team culture - we care about results, not appearances You don't need to tick every box. If you're strong on the engineering side but newer to AI tools (or vice versa), apply anyway and tell us where you are.
