Job Summary The Dealer Network Development Manager is responsible for dealer network planning, dealer recruitment, dealer performance management, and network expansion in the Netherlands market, while supporting broader European dealer development projects as assigned by management. Key Responsibilities Develop dealer network strategies and expansion plans for the Netherlands market.Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard qualified dealer partners.Conduct market analysis, dealer feasibility studies, and network optimization assessments.Monitor dealer operational performance and implement improvement plans.Support dealer facility development and CI (Corporate Identity) implementation.Coordinate dealer agreements, standards, and compliance management.Work closely with sales, marketing, aftersales, and finance teams to improve dealer profitability and operational efficiency.Support European dealer network development projects and regional business initiatives when required by management.Ensure compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements.Complete other tasks and assignments arranged by supervisors and management. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or related fields.Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive dealer network development or channel management.Strong understanding of dealership operations and automotive retail business models.Experience in European automotive distribution networks is highly preferred.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.Ability to work independently in a multicultural environment.Fluent in English; Dutch is preferred.Willingness to travel extensively within the Netherlands and Europe.
