About the Role Our client builds and maintains websites for real estate agencies. New sites are built in WebFlow using templates as agencies onboard, while an older set of WordPress sites continues to be maintained alongside them. We’re looking for an experienced Web Developer to build new sites, develop custom features and integrations, and troubleshoot and fix issues as they arise. This is a hands-on, day-to-day role working closely within a small team. What You'll Do Build new client sites in WebFlow from templates as agencies onboardSupport and maintain existing WordPress client sitesBuild and maintain templates and UI components from Figma designsBuild integrations against internal and external APIsWrite custom front-end code in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScriptTroubleshoot and fix issues on live client sitesEstimate your own work accurately and hit agreed deadlinesKeep documentation current so others can pick up the work What We Need 5+ years of experience building and customizing websites on CMS platformsHands-on WebFlow experience, including CMS and custom code — this is where new work is built, so it isn't a learn-on-the-job requirementWorking knowledge of WordPress and PHP — enough to keep existing sites running, fix what breaks, and read an unfamiliar site to understand how it worksStrong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skillsExperience with REST APIs and integrationsComfortable with GitConfident written and verbal English Nice to Have Experience across more than one CMS platformTypeScript experienceC# experience
