About the role

Scope, budget, and execute construction and maintenance programs and major contracts while managing cross-functional teams to drive strategic regional outcomes.
Duties
Scope and execute civil infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to standard.Oversee quality, safety, environmental management systems, and compliance audits.Manage high-value contracts, tender administration, and procurement functions.Lead and mentor engineering, fleet, asset, and property team members.Prepare monthly Council reports, business cases, and community engagement plans.
Skills & experience
Civil Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.Current Class C Driver's Licence and Construction Induction (White) Card.Project management qualification or extensive civil project delivery background.High-level skill in contract administration, budgeting, and project scheduling software.Proven leadership capability with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
