Operations Engineer Location: Limassol, Cyprus We are seeking an experienced Operations Engineer to support and maintain mission-critical trading infrastructure within a fast-paced fintech and electronic trading environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and support MT4/MT5 trading infrastructure.Configure trading engines, liquidity bridges, and execution platforms.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.Handle client technical onboarding and platform setup.Implement automation to improve operational efficiency.Support infrastructure changes, upgrades, and disaster recovery processes. Requirements 2-3 years experience managing MT4/MT5 environments.Strong knowledge of OneZero, PrimeXM, Centroid, FXCubic, or similar trading technologies.Experience with FIX Protocol and trading operations.Solid Windows Server administration skills.Experience with client onboarding and technical implementations.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Nice to Have Linux administration experience.Python or PowerShell scripting.Knowledge of risk analytics, monitoring tools, and network troubleshooting.
