About The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Intermediate C++ Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team.
You’ll contribute to the design and development of core software applications that power our autonomous vehicle systems.
Working alongside experienced engineers, you’ll take ownership of your own projects and modules while contributing across the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and test software applications for autonomous vehicle systems.Write clean, efficient and maintainable C++ code following software engineering best practices.Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, controls and other engineering teams to integrate software into our vehicles.Participate in code reviews and contribute to a strong engineering culture.Debug, profile and optimise software for performance, reliability and maintainability.Contribute to structured Git repositories, build systems and development workflows.Take ownership of assigned software modules and projects.Stay current with emerging technologies, tools and industry practices.
About You
You’ll ideally bring:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field2–5 years of commercial C++ software development experience.Experience in robotics, aerospace, autonomous or real-time software systems desirable.Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures and software design principles.Experience using Git or similar version control systems.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.A genuine interest in robotics, autonomous systems and emerging technologies.Experience developing in a Linux environment.Experience with Python, ROS (Robot Operating System) or embedded systems.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing or Docker.
