Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer

Description Specifically engineers who can design and operate backend systems end-to-end, not just implement features. Candidates should be comfortable making architecture decisions, modeling data, and handling tradeoffs around performance, scalability, and reliability. Experience building and evolving API-driven systems at scale is important. Engineers who have owned systems in production, debugging issues, driving root cause fixes.
