The Enabling Services group supports this vision by providing strategic and operational services, including financial management, IT, governance, and organisational strategy. Kōrero mō te tūranga | About the Role We are seeking a Systems Engineer to join our Enabling Services team on a permanent basis. In this role, your primary focus will be to manage, maintain and develop the Enabling Services platforms (virtual and public cloud) to enable our agencies to meet their strategic priorities. As an experienced Systems Engineer, you will have skills with Microsoft’s products, in particular Active Directory, Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Windows server, Veeam and Virtualisation. You will be comfortable managing server, storage, and virtualisation platforms, with experience in identity and access management, Group Policy, and PowerShell automation. The role also involves elements of network management and contributing to our cloud, security, and modern workplace initiatives. There are also opportunities to extend into other areas important to Enabling Services, such as disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and security.
