This role requires experience in Java development, AWS, database management, and batch processing. As a Java Developer, you will contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining applications that meet business needs. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable Java applicationsUse AWS services to build and deploy cloud-based solutions, supporting availability and scalabilityDesign, implement, and maintain database schemas, write SQL queries, and improve performanceDevelop and maintain batch processing systems to handle large volumes of dataMaintain code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to standardsWork with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA engineers, and developersIdentify and resolve performance issues and bugsSupport junior developers through knowledge sharing and mentoring Qualifications Essential requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field5+ years’ experience as a Java Developer in a product development or services environmentExperience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, Step Functions, and Event BusExperience with relational databases (e.g. Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL), including SQL and performance troubleshootingProficiency in Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and RESTful APIsAnalytical and problem-solving skillsClear verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a team environment Desirable Experience Experience with batch processing frameworks and toolsPython experience (minimum 2 years) Additional Information Why Version 1?
