As a Senior Developer, DevOps on our Platform Engineering team, you’ll play a critical role in designing and scaling the infrastructure that supports our platform. You’ll work across the full DevOps lifecycle from infrastructure as code to observability to CI/CD; enabling our engineering teams to move quickly while maintaining high standards for reliability, security, and performance. What you'll do Design and maintain scalable, reliable infrastructure using AWS (ECS, RDS, and related services)Build and manage infrastructure as code using TerraformDevelop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support efficient, secure software deliveryImprove system observability using tools such as Datadog, Sentry, and CoralogixEnable a seamless developer experience by improving tooling, workflows, and platform usabilityCollaborate with engineering teams to support fast, safe, and reliable deploymentsTroubleshoot production issues and contribute to system reliability improvementsDocument infrastructure and share knowledge to improve long-term maintainability What You Bring To The Table 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related rolesStrong experience with AWS services, particularly ECS and RDSHands-on experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practicesExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)Experience with observability tools such as Datadog, Sentry, or CoralogixStrong understanding of cloud infrastructure, reliability, and performance optimizationProficiency with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash)Clear communication skills and the ability to document complex systems Bonus if you have Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, or container orchestration toolsFamiliarity with Ruby on Rails and/or JavaScript applicationsExperience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar databasesExperience with Linux/Unix systems administration What We Can Offer You Salary range: $120,000 to $160,00 CADRemote-first flexibility to work where you work best, with Ottawa, Toronto, Calgary, or Vancouver preferred for this roleFlexible PTO and competitive pay, because work-life balance mattersRRSP match and stock options to invest in your futurePremium benefits package with customizable coverage, paramedical services, and an HSAFullscript discounts to save on high-quality wellness productsContinuous learning opportunities to grow your skills and career Fullscript shares salary ranges to support transparency and help candidates make informed decisions.
