Job Description Join Outro Health as engineer #2 to build software that enables patients to safely reduce medication. You’ll partner with the Head of Product to scale a complex clinical care model, moving between patient-facing React Native apps, AI-driven operations, and TypeScript clinical tools while ensuring a unified view of patient health data. What You Will Do Develop and scale clinical products, including custom clinician tools and AI agents that assist in monitoring patient responses to medication changes.Own the end-to-end lifecycle of patient-facing features across web and React Native mobile platforms, from initial design through deployment and clinical iteration.Build robust integrations with insurance and data platforms to streamline billing and enable research partnerships with leading universities and health systems. The ideal candidate 3+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer with deep expertise in TypeScript, React, and Node.js (Next.js experience is a plus).Proven ability to ship products independently and turn ambiguous clinical workflows into clear software models, with a strong focus on data modeling and domain boundaries.Systems-minded builder who is excited about leveraging AI tools to accelerate development and has an interest in making complex healthcare systems intuitive for patients.
