Must-Have Skills General Security Engineering: Multipurpose security engineer with broad security knowledge.Network Security: Understanding of network principles and network security.Cloud Security: Knowledge of cloud providers and cloud security.Kubernetes Security: Experience with Kubernetes, specifically how to secure Kubernetes, including knowledge of security policies, admission tasks, securing pods, and tools like Kyverno.DevOps Basics: Some basic DevOps knowledge, including CI/CD pipelines.Infrastructure as Code: Familiarity with tools like Terraform.Audit Infrastructure: Ability to implement audit infrastructure.DevSecOps: Familiarity with DevSecOps practices.Cryptographic Principles: Strong knowledge of cryptographic principles.Proactive Mindset: Proactive approach to security and problem-solving.Experience in FinTech or Web3: Experience in either FinTech or Web3 is acceptable; both are considered relevant backgrounds.
