About The Job
As a Senior Logistic Engineer, you will drive improvements across the end-to-end logistics chain, focusing on process optimization, ERP data management, and supply chain efficiency.
You play a key role in industrializing new products, enhancing existing operations, and aligning product design with supply chain requirements.
Working within the Supply Chain department, you will contribute to a dynamic, innovation-driven environment with strong international growth ambitions.
What You'll Do
Initiate and implement improvements in the logistics and supply chain processesDevelop and introduce new logistics processes and workflowsOptimize ERP systems, data structures, and data management practicesLead projects related to the industrialization of new or updated productsCollaborate with engineering to influence product design for better supply chain efficiencyDrive continuous improvements in existing supply chain systems and operationsDefine, implement, and transfer ERP master data to operational teamsCoordinate and manage product changes within operationsSupport layout and process changes in both systems and physical factory environmentsConduct analyses and implement improvements related to batch sizes, lead times, and inventory turnover
What You'll Need
Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar roleProven experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics and/or SAP)Strong knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly ExcelExperience in process improvement, industrialization, and supply chain optimizationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsFluent in English (written and spoken)Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced environmentExperience working in a manufacturing or factory environment
Nice to have
Background in product customization and supply chain integrationFluent in Dutch (written and spoken)Familiarity with factory layout optimization and operational implementationsStrong stakeholder management and ability to connect across teams
