You support Corporate Development by owning and operating the deployment funnel for all AI & automation solutionsYou manage automation workflow development, data source connections, and ensure governance and data integrityYou liaise with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to translate process documentation into technical solutionsYou maintain reusable data models, optimize query performance, and uphold data quality across automation workflowsYou receive and apply AI-powered coding assistants and prompt engineering tools to accelerate development and streamline workflowsYou assist with deep-dive analyses, impact assessments, and documentation for automation solutions and business outcomesYOUR SKILLS MATTER
Experience You have 5+ years of professional work experience, including hands-on experience with data and automation, and demonstrated progressionEducation You have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Data Engineering, Business, or a related field, and are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorshipTechnical Proficiency You possess advanced SQL skills, experience with AI-powered development tools (Cursor, Claude Code), enterprise automation platforms, APIs, and data pipelinesSoft Skills You demonstrate strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutionsCommitment to Excellence You are systems-oriented, automation-minded, and able to manage your own priorities with a self-directed approachAdditional Skills You are familiar with workflow automation platforms (n8n, Zapier), Python or R, prompt engineering, data governance, and cloud data platforms (preferred)WHAT WE OFFER
