The Opportunity Join a high-performing engineering team where you'll solve challenging technical problems, build innovative backend solutions and help drive the adoption of AI-powered products and workflows. What you'll own Build backend applications in a cloud-first environment.Solve complex engineering challenges and deliver high-quality software at pace.Develop innovative AI-driven features and automation solutions.Drive modern engineering practices and continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused outcomes. What you'll bring Advanced proficiency with AI-assisted engineering tools such as Claude Code, leveraging them across development, documentation, code reviews and engineering workflows.Strong backend development experience in .NET, Java or similar object-oriented languages. The team is open on technology background and values strong engineering capability, problem-solving skills and learning agility over experience in a specific tech stack.Strong product mindset and engineering fundamentals, with a passion for quality, innovation and continuous improvement.Experience designing and delivering cloud-based solutions, ideally within AWS environments.Comfortable taking ownership, solving complex technical problems and collaborating across cross-functional teams.Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments where priorities move quickly and outcomes matter.Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
