As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll build the platforms, systems and user experiences that bring those capabilities to life. What You’ll Do As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll own features throughout the entire software development lifecycle. You'll work closely with Product, Design and AI Engineers to deliver scalable, reliable and intuitive software used by customers every day. You’ll Design and build customer-facing product features from concept to productionDevelop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python, FastAPI and Node.jsBuild responsive, high-quality web applications using React, TypeScript and Tailwind CSSDesign and optimise relational database structures using PostgreSQLIntegrate third-party services including CRMs, payment gateways, messaging platforms and external APIsBuild reusable components and shared platform services across multiple productsCollaborate with AI Engineers to integrate AI capabilities into production applicationsWrite clean, maintainable and well-tested codeParticipate in architecture discussions and technical design reviewsTroubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system performance, reliability and scalabilityContribute to code reviews and engineering best practicesHelp improve developer experience through automation, tooling and documentation The Talent We're looking for engineers who combine strong technical ability with product thinking and ownership. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break complex business problems into scalable technical solutionsExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Design and Engineering teamsExperience developing modern web applications across both frontend and backendStrong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScriptExperience building applications with ReactExperience developing backend services using Python, FastAPI or Node.jsExperience designing and consuming REST APIsExperience working with PostgreSQL or other relational databasesFamiliarity with Docker and containerised developmentExperience with Git-based development workflowsUnderstanding of authentication, authorisation and application security best practicesExperience deploying applications on AWS or other cloud platformsA strong appreciation for clean architecture, maintainable code and software quality
