Mō te tūranga | About the Role You’ll design and maintain automation solutions across contact centre platforms and integrations, working with engineers, platform specialists, vendors and stakeholders to improve quality and reduce delivery risk. What You’ll Be Doing Build and maintain automated functional, API, integration, regression and end-to-end tests. Embed testing into CI/CD pipelines and support shift-left practices. Review requirements, identify quality risks and support release readiness. Investigate defects and contribute to continuous improvement. Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring? Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and contact centre environments. Strong automation testing experience across API, integration, regression and end-to-end testing. Good understanding of quality engineering, CI/CD, DevOps and Agile delivery. Knowledge of software development principles and at least one modern programming language. Strong troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Nice to have Experience with CCaaS, PureCloud, IVR or telephony solutions. Experience with tools such as Postman, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Jenkins or CloudBees. Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Splunk, Dynatrace, Docker, Kubernetes or cloud-native environments. Experience in banking, financial services or another regulated industry.
