NET Developers with Experience in Health Data, Clinical Systems or Public Healthcare Platforms Twoday is looking for both a Senior .NET Developer and a Junior .NET Developer (two to three years of relevant experience after your education) for a long-term public-sector healthcare project in Copenhagen. You will join Twoday as a permanent employee and work closely with one of Denmark's most important public healthcare organisations on solutions that support healthcare professionals, health data and critical public services. The role You will contribute to the development, maintenance and modernisation of complex .NET solutions in a highly regulated environment. Depending on your experience level, your responsibilities may include: Developing and maintaining .NET-based applications and servicesDesigning and implementing integrations and APIsWorking with health data and business-critical workflowsCollaborating with architects, developers, product owners and stakeholdersParticipating in code reviews, testing and quality assuranceContributing to secure, maintainable and scalable solutions Senior candidates are expected to take a larger role in technical decision-making, solution design and mentoring. Required Experience We are specifically looking for candidates with experience from one or more of the following areas: Electronic Patient Record (EPR/EPJ) systemsHealth data platformsClinical systemsPatient-related workflowsHealthcare authoritiesPublic healthcare platformsSolutions used directly by healthcare professionalsHealthcare integrations and healthcare-related data flows Experience from administrative solutions alone (e.g. workforce planning, payroll or HR systems for healthcare organisations) is not considered sufficient for this role.
