Position Overview
Launch Tech USA is seeking a skilled WordPress Backend Website Developer & GoHighLevel Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize the backend functionality of our WordPress website and GoHighLevel CRM platform.
This role is responsible for website development, performance optimization, security, CRM integrations, marketing automation, and ongoing technical improvements that support our e-commerce, lead generation, and customer engagement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong coding skills, extensive WordPress experience, and hands-on knowledge of GoHighLevel, allowing them to effectively support both our website infrastructure and marketing technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain the backend of the company's WordPress website.
• Develop, customize, and troubleshoot WordPress themes, plugins, and custom functionality.
• Manage WooCommerce functionality, product pages, checkout processes, and payment integrations.
• Optimize website speed, security, and performance.
• Manage hosting environments, DNS records, SSL certificates, and domain settings.
• Manage and maintain the company's GoHighLevel CRM platform.
• Build and troubleshoot workflows, automations, pipelines, forms, surveys, and landing pages.

Qualifications
