Overview
We are looking to hire Platform Engineers across multiple levels to support enterprise cloud, DevOps, and platform engineering initiatives for large-scale clients.
This is not a standard application DevOps role.
The ideal candidate has experience building reusable, self-service platform capabilities that can be consumed by multiple application teams across an enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and support enterprise cloud platform capabilities across Azure, AWS, or GCPBuild reusable infrastructure modules, CI/CD templates, automation patterns, and self-service capabilities for application teamsSupport platform standardization across cloud environments, developer workflows, deployment patterns, and operational processesWork with infrastructure, security, architecture, and application teams to define scalable platform solutionsImplement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, or similar toolsBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar platformsSupport Kubernetes/container platforms, cloud networking, IAM/RBAC, secrets management, and observabilityEnsure platform solutions meet enterprise governance, security, compliance, and change-management standardsDocument platform patterns, runbooks, operating models, and implementation approachesFor senior/manager-level candidates: lead platform initiatives, mentor engineers, manage stakeholder expectations, and support architecture-level discussions
Required Experience
Hands-on platform engineering, cloud engineering, DevOps, or SRE experienceStrong cloud experience across Azure, AWS, or GCPStrong Terraform / Infrastructure as Code experienceCI/CD pipeline design and automation experienceExperience building reusable platform capabilities, not just supporting one application teamStrong scripting/automation experience with Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similarExperience with Kubernetes, containers, networking, RBAC/IAM, observability, and security controlsComfort working in enterprise environments with documentation, governance, ticketing, change control, and stakeholder visibilityStrong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
