We're looking for a detail-oriented Web Developer to join our growing digital marketing agency and help local businesses improve their online presence through high-performing websites. About the Role As a Web Developer, you'll work closely with our SEO team to build, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites that drive organic traffic and deliver a great user experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges while creating websites that perform. Compensation - $300-$400 USD/month Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain high-quality websites using WordPress, including custom website builds and ongoing updates.Develop visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites from the ground up based on client and business needs.Manage and optimize websites across WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, and Webflow.Leverage AI-powered website builders and tools to improve development efficiency.Implement SEO best practices, including site structure, page speed, mobile optimization, metadata, and on-page optimization.Troubleshoot website issues, optimize performance, and ensure cross-browser compatibility.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver websites that align with branding, marketing, and business goals. What We're Looking For Proven experience building and managing WordPress websites, including custom builds.Experience with Wix, Squarespace, and Webflow.Strong understanding of responsive web design, UX/UI principles, and SEO best practices.Experience using AI-powered web development tools.Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge is a plus.Portfolio showcasing previous website projects is highly preferred.
