Senior Front-End / UI Developer (AEM) | Hybrid | Makati | Up to ₱150,700 Location: Makati City (Hybrid) Work Schedule:** Night Shift (8:00 PM) Salary: Up to ₱150,700 About the Role We are looking for a Senior Front-End / UI Developer with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing customer-facing web applications. You will work closely with Product Owners, UX Designers, QA Engineers, DevOps, and Development teams to deliver responsive user interfaces, reusable AEM components, and enterprise-grade web solutions. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain responsive, accessible, and scalable AEM-based web applications. * Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and business requirements into high-quality front-end solutions. * Develop reusable AEM components, templates, dialogs, and front-end libraries. * Build responsive interfaces using HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript, and Vue.js. * Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs, backend services, and content management platforms. * Support application enhancements, defect resolution, releases, migrations, stabilization, and production support. * Troubleshoot browser compatibility, performance, and AEM-related issues. * Participate in code reviews and promote front-end best practices and secure coding standards. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple regions and time zones. * Improve application performance, scalability, and component reusability. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. * Strong experience in Front-End/UI Web Development within enterprise environments. * Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including: * AEM Sites * Components * Templates * Dialogs * Content Structures * Author and Publish workflows * Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development. * Experience with Vue.js. React or Angular experience is an advantage. * Experience integrating applications with REST APIs and backend services. * Knowledge of browser compatibility, accessibility standards, performance optimization, and debugging. * Experience using Git or similar version control systems. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications * 7+ years of professional Front-End Development experience. * Experience with: * AEM 6.5 * AEM as a Cloud Service * Cloud Manager * Apache Sling * HTL/Sightly * OSGi * Dispatcher * Digital Asset Management (DAM) * Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira. * Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. * Familiarity with Java or .NET integration concepts. * Experience supporting enterprise or customer-facing digital platforms.
