Role Description As an Account Manager Home in Berlin/Hamburg-based (2-Year Fixed-Term Contract), you will take ownership of a dedicated portfolio of Home partners within the DACH region. You will provide complex commercial advice to our partners, empowering them to leverage Booking.com's systems and products to optimize their business performance and market opportunities. By executing new partnership strategies and working closely with diverse cross-functional teams, you will directly influence the growth of our vacation rental market and ensure an amazing experience for Booking.com customers. Key Job Responsibilities and Duties Proactively communicate with Home partners across the DACH region via calls, messages, and in-person visits to assist with business development and evaluate local market trends.Act as the primary point of contact for your portfolio, maintaining stable relationships to secure the best availability and supply for Booking.com customers.Identify new partner leads, support the onboarding process, and execute new partnership growth strategies.Collaborate with the Connectivity team to share advanced knowledge of connectivity opportunities with partners.Organize, coordinate, and attend industry events, workshops, webinars, and Tourist Trade Fairs related to the Booking Home marketspace. Qualifications & Skills Significant experience in account management, sales, or business development with a solid understanding of the Vacation Rental market.Full professional proficiency in both spoken and written English and German.Proven experience within the e-commerce and/or travel industry.Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and an eye for detail, combined with a proactive and independent working style.Valid driver’s license and availability to travel up to 50% of the time within the DACH region.
