They've recently raised significant investment, have a very strong engineering culture, and are building products where performance, data, and AI genuinely matter. Engineers have real ownership, work closely with product, and solve technically challenging problems with a direct impact on customers. ROLE: Software Engineer (Backend Engineering, Distributed Systems, Real-Time Data, System Design) We’re seeking a Mid/Senior Backend Engineer to help build and scale the backend systems powering a complex, data-intensive platform. This is a highly hands-on engineering role - ideal for someone who enjoys being given challenging problems to solve, taking ownership of the solution and seeing their work all the way through to production. You’ll work across real-time and analytical data processing, designing and improving services where latency, throughput, reliability and scalability are critical. You’ll have plenty of input into technical decisions and be expected to understand the trade-offs behind the systems you’re building.
