ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of a top-tier tech company in the maritime industry, is seeking a highly motivated Back-End .NET Developer to join a dynamic, fast-growing team with a strong engineering-driven culture. 📌 Location: Athens City Center – Easily accessible by Metro 📍 Working Model: Hybrid Working Model 🖋️ Reporting to: CEO Level: Mid-Senior & Senior What you will do: As a Back-End .NET Developer, you will contribute to the design and development of backend services in a cloud environment, collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end product features, and help improve engineering quality and technical decision‑making within the team. Your main responsibilities will be: Designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and RESTful APIs using C# / .NETImplementing business logic for ERP workflows and complex functional requirementsDesigning and optimizing database schemas and queries for multi‑tenant, high‑volume systemsEnsuring backend service performance, scalability, security, and reliabilityCollaborating with frontend developers (e.g., Blazor / web UI) and product managers to deliver complete featuresContributing to AWS‑based cloud architecture and backend infrastructureWriting clean, testable, and well‑documented codeParticipating in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement of engineering practicesSupporting junior developers in daily technical tasks (without formal mentoring responsibilities) Requirements Degree in Computer Science or other relevant disciplines3-5 years of professional experience in backend developmentStrong experience with C# and .NET (.NET Core / .NET 6+)Proven experience building and maintaining REST APIsSolid knowledge of relational databases PostgreSQLUnderstanding of scalable, distributed systems and cloud-native architectureExperience with Git and modern CI/CD workflowsFamiliarity with Blazor or modern web frontendsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work in a collaborative, agile environment Will be highly appreciated: Knowledge of AWS services (RDS, S3, EC2/ECS, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.)Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms Compensation package and Benefits: Attractive compensation packagePrivate Medical and Life Insurance PlanOpportunity to work on cutting-edge technology in the maritime sectorHybrid Working Model 👥 Recruitment Process: If you’re interested in this role, feel free to apply directly.
