Shift: Thursday-Sunday (7:00am - 530pm) You will... ● Drive continuous development to production, quality, cost, and delivery initiatives while building andmaintaining relationships with hourly associates, managers, carrier partners, vendors, and variousdepartments within HelloFresh● Oversee the day-to-day production operations, ensuring on-time and accurate delivery of customerorders● Effectively engage, coach, motivate and lead the Production team for career progression anddevelopment● Monitor communication between multiple production lines to eliminate downtime● Establish procedures, metrics and processes to drive productivity and optimization● Analyze and identify areas of improvement in cost savings, production, and lead times● Develop and administer operational procedures for outgoing shipments, handling and disposition ofproducts, and keeping the highest standards of quality● Create, learn, and assist on strategic planning and forecasting to improve existing production issues● Establish new procedures, metrics, and processes alongside the COO and Director of Operations● Develop and administer operational procedures for executing activities for outgoing shipments, handlingand disposition of products, and keeping the highest standards of Quality● Create a positive team dynamic that encourages all employees to provide feedback and drive changewithin the facility, adapt to the ever-changing business, and stay focused on the customer experience You are... ● Bold: you are a true entrepreneurial spirit and not afraid to take calculated risks to disrupt the status quo;you're a visionary leader that listens to your team and values their ideas● Analytical: data is your friend;
