Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who enjoys building practical solutions, working closely with users, and leveraging new technologies, including AI, to create business value. You will become part of a growing in-house technology environment where you can influence both technology choices and the future direction of our digital solutions. This role is based in our Oslo office. Responsibilities Maintain and further develop our existing application stackDesign, build, and implement new features and services across the platformCollaborate with colleagues throughout the organization to identify opportunities for improvement and automationWork closely with data analysis team to deliver business-focused solutionsContribute to the adoption of AI across development, decision-making, and business processesEvaluate and adopt new technologies and tools, including AI-powered development and productivity toolsEngage with stakeholders across the business to understand needs and translate them into practical solutions Qualifications Relevant education and/or experience within IT, software development, or at the intersection of technology and businessExperience as a software developer, whether you are early in your career or have several years of experienceExperience with application development and modern software engineering practicesExperience with:Azure Application PlatformAzure SQL Database/Azure Databricks/Azure FabricAI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or similarStrong written and verbal communication skills in both Norwegian and English About you Enjoy full stack development and understand the connection between technology, user needs, and business valueAre analytical, curious, and solution-orientedCommunicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersTake ownership of your work and thrive both independently and as part of a teamEnjoy learning new technologies, sharing knowledge, and finding solutions together with othersAre proactive in seeking information and identifying opportunities for improvement What we offer A professional and collaborative working environmentThe opportunity to influence technology choices and development directionExposure to a wide variety of business areas across a global organizationBeing part of a supportive team working with modern technologies, data solutions and AI-driven toolsModern office facilities in Bjørvika, Oslo Does this sound like something for you?
