.NET Developer (Mid/ Senior)

We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer (Mid/ Senior) to join our team and contribute to the development and evolution of large-scale POS and loyalty systems used in pharmacy retail operations. In this role, you will work on maintaining and improving existing systems, implementing new functionality, and refactoring legacy components to improve performance, reliability, and maintainability. What you will do: Develop and maintain large-scale POS and loyalty systemsRefactor and optimize existing solutions to improve performance and maintainabilityImplement new features and enhancements across backend services and desktop application componentsIntegrate internal and external systems using SOAP and REST APIsContribute to code quality through code reviews, testing, and development best practices We are looking for: 3+ years of experience with C# .NET and .NET CoreStrong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and modern software development practicesExperience developing WPF applications using the MVVM patternExperience working with SOAP and REST integrationsExperience using Git and Jira in a team environmentGood knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQLFamiliarity with unit testing and test automation practicesExperience with web frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a teamFluency in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken) Nice to have: Understanding of Agile development methodologiesFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and practicesExperience with POS system development or support We offer: Benefit package, including private health insurance, critical illness and accident coverage, additional leave days, travel insurance, free parking, and financial support in case of unfortunate eventsTraining budget for ongoing professional developmentPerformance-based bonusFlexible working hoursCareer growth opportunities within the Company and the GroupSalary range for this position is 3500 – 6000 eur gross per month.
