Microsoft Azure Integration Senior Developer

Lead Azure Integration Developer / Integration Architect As a MS Lead Integration Developer / Integration Architect within our Support Practice, you will provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on in the design, development, support and continuous improvement of Azure integration solutions. You will act as the technical escalation point for complex integration issues, lead enhancements, mentor other developers, and ensure our customers' integration platforms remain secure, stable and performant. Working closely with customers, consultants and delivery teams, you will support Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365 integration solutions, driving best practice, operational excellence and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Lead the technical support and continuous improvement of Azure integration solutions for managed services customers.Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex integration issues and production incidents.Design, develop and maintain integration solutions using Azure Integration Services and Microsoft technologies.Develop and support APIs, web services and custom integration components using .NET.Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver enhancements and defect resolutions.Drive best practice across integration design, code quality, security, testing and DevOps.Monitor and optimise integration performance, reliability and availability.Mentor and provide technical guidance to other developers within the Support Practice.Contribute to technical standards, reusable components and continuous improvement initiatives.Stay current with Microsoft Azure integration technologies and recommend improvements to customers and internal teams. Requirements Senior-level experience developing solutions in .NET/C#, including recent experience with .NET 8.Strong hands-on experience with Azure PaaS, including Function Apps, Logic Apps, Service Bus and API Management.Experience developing RESTful APIs using JSON, OpenAPI/Swagger and Postman.Strong understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns.Experience with Azure DevOps, YAML Pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Bicep).Strong focus on code quality, testing, monitoring and operational support.Experience using Git, GitHub Flow and Pull Request best practices.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills within production environments.Strong communication skills with the ability to lead technical discussions and mentor team members.Experience supporting Dynamics 365 integrations is highly desirable.Familiarity with Azure Developer CLI (AZD) is advantageous.
