Ciklum is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer (Node.js/TypeScript) to join our team full-time in the Czech Republic. Responsibilities: Take full ownership of end-to-end development of key features in identity and access managementWork with cutting-edge AI to enhance development and security workflowsDrive technical excellence and help shape the architecture of our platformCollaborate with a small but strong team of 4 developers and a team lead, contributing your expertise and leadership to raise the technical barOptimize and scale authentication and authorization systems with OAuth, JWT, SAML, WebAuthn, and moreBuild and optimize services using NestJS (Node.js), TypeScript, and AWSTake ownership of complex challenges, working both independently and within the team Requirements: A highly skilled Backend Developer with 6+ years of experience, specializing in NestJS, Node.jsExperience working in high-scale production environments - MustAnalytic thinking - Independent people who can lead the development of new features - MustDeeply passionate about writing clean, efficient, and scalable code leveraging AI toolsA problem solver who loves working with AI and using it to boost productivityExperienced in designing and implementing complex distributed systemsComfortably leading technical decisions and mentoring the teamHands-on with authentication, security, and identity management (SSO etc.) - Great AdvantageExperience with Kafka, Redis, MySQL, OAuth, JWT, AWS is a strong advantage, and familiarity with MongoDB is a plusTypescript experience10% FE (React) What’s in it for you?
