The Role We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Care Platform Operations team at Ro. In this role, you’ll design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure backend services that support how Ro delivers care, including systems for patient-provider communication, appointment scheduling, task routing, and care operations workflows increasingly powered by AI and intelligent automation. As a senior member of the team, you’ll help define the technical roadmap and own initiatives from ideation through design, implementation, and maintenance. You’ll partner closely with product, design, data, clinical, and care operations teams to build high-quality, compliant systems that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and help Ro scale care delivery for millions of patients. The target for this position ranges from $182,300 to $220,000, in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable).
