Strong Software Engineering Fundamentals 5–6+ years of professional software development experience.Outstanding programming, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.Strong interest in software architecture and application design.Experience designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining high-quality, secure, and stable production software.2. Modern Web Development Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.Experience with Node.js / NPM.Experience building applications using React and Redux.Understanding of web-based technologies, concepts, and constructs.Experience developing modular, componentized web applications.3. AI-Assisted Development Professional experience using AI coding assistants in production software development as part of your daily workflow.Experience with tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or comparable AI-powered development tools. 🛠️ What You’ll Do Build scalable and maintainable web applications and frameworks.Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews.Work closely with software engineers, QA, and designers to deliver high-quality solutions.Estimate development tasks, assess technical risks, and identify dependencies to support effective project planning.Contribute to a collaborative Agile development environment.Support CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.Apply automated testing strategies and tools to improve software quality and reliability.Work with Git and GitHub for source control and collaborative development.Continuously learn and adopt new technologies, engineering practices, and development approaches.
