🔧 Fullstack Developer (Consulting)

Location: Frankfurt am Main Type: Permanent, Full-time Salary: Competitive, based on experience The Role: We're a growing consultancy working with clients across finance, industry, and the public sector, and we're looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our project teams. You'll be embedded in client engagements, moving between projects and technologies as our portfolio demands, with real ownership over the solutions you build. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain web applications across a range of client projectsWork across the full stack, from frontend interfaces through to backend services, APIs, and data layersTranslate client requirements into technical solutions, working closely with architects and business analystsParticipate in client workshops, requirements gathering, and technical scoping for new engagementsSupport code reviews, testing practices, and CI/CD processes across project teamsMentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing Skills & Experience: Several years of professional experience as a Fullstack DeveloperStrong experience with a modern frontend framework such as React, Vue, or AngularSolid backend experience in Java, Node.js, or a comparable language/frameworkFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)Comfortable working directly with clients and adapting quickly to new environmentsFluent German and English, spoken and written What We Offer: Varied project exposure across industries and technologiesClear, structured path to senior and lead consultant rolesFlexible hybrid working from our Frankfurt officeOngoing training budget and certificationsModern equipment and a collaborative, low-hierarchy culture
