ROLE OVERVIEW The Full Stack PHP/JS engineer will be responsible for developing, securing, and scaling our large and complex hotel management platform. Our platform is based on PHP/Laravel and Vue.js. Responsibilities Build world-class full-stack enterprise B2B softwareDevelop new features and products to support our rapidly growing businessAssume leadership of new projects, from conceptualization to deploymentWrite secure, documented, maintainable software in a team environmentWork closely with the development, QA, DevOps, and business teamsTroubleshoot and fix bugs and other problemsContinually improve the security, reliability, and scale of the platformContinually help improve the development, build, test, and deployment processesMaintain high standards for code quality and application designStay updated with current technologies and industry trends WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Qualifications Experienced full-stack developerExperience building modern SaaS applicationsStrong understanding of software development methodologies and principlesGreat team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervisionYou MUST be a native Hong Kong citizen or already have a visa/green card to work in Hong Kong Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years building SaaS software (not Wordpress, Magento, etc.)Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development in PHP, mostly in LaravelMinimum 3 years of experience in either Vue.js or React.jsUnit Testing experience Helpful Skills & Experience Hotel software & hospitality operationsAWS and DevOps experienceSecurity-related experienceExperience with testing platforms, data, and tooling CHARACTER We’re a tight-knit team.
