Senior Full-stack Software Engineer

Position Responsibilities Develop and maintain end-to-end application stack which includes frontend, backend and cloud infrastructure.Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the design of the new features and systems.Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and follow industry norms.Debug and resolve technical issues and bugs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Apply best practices for system security, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and threat mitigation.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to industry standards.Manage vendor to ensure timely, high-quality and cost-effective deliverablesContribute to Agile planning and delivery of user stories in a SCRUM environmentProvide production support during non-office hours as required. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)8+ years of full-stack software development experience; minimum of 5 years of experience in a leading roleProficiency in Java, Springboot, Angular, Node.js/React, Azure DB, JavaScript, AKS & Azure cloud servicesSolid experience or technical knowledge of Alibaba cloud, Polar DB, AI technologies are an advantageExperience with DevOps, RESTful API design, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and version control.Strong understanding of performance optimization and coding standardCollaborative mindset with ability to coach, mentor and lead teams.Experiments with emerging technologies and understanding how they will impact what comes next.Familiarity with insurance industry and distribution compensation systems is a plus.Experience managing sizable projects or programs is preferable When You Join Our Team We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.As part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to see.
