Your Role As an IT Developer Trainee, you will follow a structured development path towards becoming a ServiceNow Developer. ServiceNow is one of the world's leading digital workflow platforms, helping organizations automate processes, improve employee experiences, and drive business efficiency. During the program, you will: Participate in ServiceNow training and certification programs.Support the development and configuration of ServiceNow solutions.Collaborate with experienced developers and consultants on client projects.Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Contribute to testing, documentation, and continuous improvement activities. No Prior ServiceNow Experience Required We do not expect graduates to have prior ServiceNow experience. We are looking for talented and motivated individuals with a strong interest in technology and software development. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for graduates who: Graduated in 2025 or will graduate in 2026.Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.Have a strong interest in technology and software development.Are eager to learn new technologies and continuously develop themselves.Enjoy working in collaborative and multicultural environments.Are fluent in Dutch and English.Are eligible to work in the Netherlands.Available to start from September 2026. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to programming through academic projects, internships, personal projects, hackathons, or coursework.Familiarity with one or more programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, or similar.Understanding of software development fundamentals, databases, or web technologiesInterest in enterprise platforms, workflow automation, digital transformation, customer experience, or business process improvement.Affinity with low-code/no-code platforms, IT Service Management (ITSM), workflow automation, or cloud-based technologies is considered an advantage.
