Job DescriptionAs a Sr. Commercial Associate, you will play a vital role in driving instashop’s growth by building and managing a network of affiliate partners and expanding our reach into new regions. You will be responsible for strategic market analysis, acquiring new partners, and managing relationships to ensure instashop remains competitive and meets the evolving needs of our customers and partners. Supporting Commercial Managers in expanding and managing a network of partner shops and key accounts across regionsDeveloping and maintaining a comprehensive list of target shops and key contacts to maximize business outreach and new partnerships Identifying and negotiating profitable contracts with new affiliate shops, overseeing the onboarding process and ensuring smooth collaboration with cross-functional teamsIdentifying gaps in instashop’s marketplace and creating actionable plans with clear timelines to ensure a competitive, diverse offering of brandsDriving initiatives to strengthen relationships with shop management and ensure long-term, productive partnershipsMonitoring operational metrics, provide actionable insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performanceTaking ownership of the end-to-end account management process, including reporting and clear communication with line managersIdentifying opportunities for growth in both top-line and non-commission revenue streamsAnalyzing market trends and competitor activities to stay informed and adjust strategies accordinglyDriving the implementation of promotional campaigns and initiatives across your shop portfolioUtilizing instashop’s services, providing constructive feedback to improve the overall customer experience and service offerings
