Come onboard as “Senior Executive, Virtual Account Management” and play your part in the Commercial Domain. Responsibilities: Managing a portfolio of 400+ vendors. Achieving targets for Vendor Operating Hour, Vendor Fail Rate, Offline Hours.Acquisition/Selling: Reaching/calling out to vendors to sell growth products/tools on foodpanda platform. Achieving weekly and monthly targets.Building and maintaining a portfolio of vendors to generate revenue.Account Management/After sales service: Take end to end and complete ownership, be the main point of contact for the assigned accounts and manage their requests and issues. Ensuring 100% vendor satisfaction.Relationship Management: Create long-term relationships with accounts, maximize their return on investment, engagement, and satisfaction.Analysis: Make data-driven decisions to understand the performance of assigned vendors to ensure highest return on investment and better retention.Partner with internal teams: Collaborate closely with, finance, deals, partner care and sales to ensure smooth vendor experience and troubleshooting.
