About the Team Being a Founding Engineer at Glass Factory means building the technical foundation of the company. You will own meaningful product surfaces end-to-end, from idea to production. This role sits at the intersection of product, backend systems, and customers. You’ll lead the development of features that directly impact customers, while working closely with the founding team. You’ll be responsible not just for how things are built, but what gets built and why.
