Senior Full-stack Developer (Digital Product)

We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to help build and evolve a digital product, contributing to high-quality solutions, collaborating across teams, and supporting technical decisions aligned with business goals. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Build and maintain product features end-to-end, from backend logic to user-facing interfacesBuild and optimize high-performance web applications with a strong focus on usability, performance, and maintainabilityDesign and implement APIs and integrations with internal and external systemsDrive architecture decisions and continuously improve system design and reliabilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into production-ready solutionsTake ownership of systems and initiatives from concept through deployment, iteration, and ongoing improvement. WHAT WE EXPECT: 3+ years of experience in full-stack or front-end/back-end developmentStrong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern front-end architectureSolid back-end skills with PHP (Laravel) and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)Experience building and consuming APIsUnderstanding of performance optimization, scalability, and clean architectureFamiliarity with CI/CD workflows and modern development practicesStrong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive initiatives from idea to productionStrong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutionsAttention to detail and commitment to writing clean, maintainable codeFluency in Lithuanian and English.
