What You’ll Do Build applications and services in an Agile team Deliver features through iterative releases Develop customer-facing interfaces and backend services Write reusable, testable and efficient code Create unit and integration tests for delivered code Design low-latency, high-availability applications Document technical solutions with your team Review code and improve engineering quality Use Git, CI/CD and sprint delivery practices Integrate applications with databases and external systems Build authentication and authorization features Monitor, troubleshoot and fix production issues Who You Are 3+ years of hands-on Java and JEE experience Experience with RESTful API development using Spring Framework Knowledge of SOAP APIs and web services Familiar with server-side technologies such as Netty and Tomcat Good knowledge of databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL or MongoDB Understanding of REST/SOAP, WebSocket and async/sync communication Knowledge of caching and reactive programming concepts Experience with Git/GitLab, Jenkins, Jira and Confluence Experience delivering web and mobile platforms Solid understanding of Agile methodology Strong teamwork, communication and collaboration skills Good time management and prioritization skills Technical university degree DevOps knowledge or technical certifications are a plus Not a perfect fit?
