Full Stack Engineer

Booma AI parses unstructured, “messy” documents, extracts requirements, and centralizes compliance decisions in a single source of truth. Key capabilities include AI-powered requirements extraction, compliance suggestion and tracking, and integration with knowledge bases to reuse past projects and standards. Booma AI enables customers to accelerate RFP responses while improving accuracy and reducing operational risk. Role Description As a Full Stack Engineer at Booma AI, you will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications that power our requirements intelligence platform. You will collaborate with product managers and other engineers to implement new features, improve existing functionality, and ensure a robust, scalable architecture across front-end and back-end services. Typical responsibilities include building user interfaces, integrating APIs, optimizing performance, writing automated tests, and contributing to code reviews and technical documentation. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. You will be expected to participate in on-site collaboration as needed while maintaining a strong remote communication practice. Qualifications Strong skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience building production-grade web applications.Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).Experience in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.Solid understanding of software engineering best practices such as version control, testing, CI/CD, and code review.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Berlin, Germany, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Experience with AI/ML-driven products, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), or SaaS solutions is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and a focus on building secure, maintainable, and scalable systems.
